"Shipping updates were kind of just okay"
My order showed up fine, so no real issue there. The only thing was the shipping updates felt a little late and confusing at times, like I wasn’t totally sure where things were or if... yeah. Not terrible, just kind of okay overall.

"not as easy as it sounded"
i thought this would be a quick, simple dinner, but it took way more prep than i expected. the instructions weren’t super clear, and by the time everything was done, i just felt stressed instead of relieved. not really worth it for me.

I was actually happy with how even the cuts were. The portions lined up nicely, and yeah, no random tiny pieces mixed in, which I always notice. It just made everything feel a bit more consistent overall.

"Good meat, solid trust"
Tried them after friends kept talking about it. Meat showed up well packed, support replied fast, and everything just felt dependable. Not the cheapest, but I’d order again.

"Decent directions, but also not super helpful"
The instructions were okay, I guess, but they felt kind of vague in spots. I would’ve liked clearer prep tips because I wasn’t totally sure I was doing it right. That said, it still cooked fine and turned out good, so I can’t really complain too much.

"I’ve ordered from Snake River Farms…"
I’ve ordered from Snake River Farms a handful of times now, they pretty much have every cut you could want. I usually go on there looking for steaks or roasts, then end up noticing a bunch of stuff I never see at my regular grocery store. Most things I’m after are in stock too, which feels rare these days. The site is easy to use, ordering doesn’t take forever, and overall it’s just been a really smooth experience every time...

"Box seemed fine, meat was a bit soft"
The box looked solid when it showed up, but some of the meat felt a little softer than I expected. It still seemed cold enough, I think, so I didn’t make a huge deal out of it. Just felt a little off for the price, especially since I wasn’t totally sure how long it had been sitting before I got to it

"I ordered once the meat was..."
I ordered once the meat was really good, so I can’t complain about the quality. I just kept wondering about the animal welfare and sustainability side of things. The site has some nice wording, but I couldn’t tell how much detail was actually behind it. Maybe I missed something, or maybe it’s all perfectly fine, but for the price I kind of expected clearer info and more transparency.

"My dad was really happy with these"
I sent these steaks to my dad for his birthday because he’s kind of hard to shop for, and I had been putting off finding a gift until the last minute like I always do. The box showed up on time and still cold, which was a relief since he lives a few towns over and I wasn’t sure how shipping meat would go. He called me later that day to say the steaks were really good, so I’m calling it a win.

"Tasty meat, but the sourcing info could work harder"
The meat was actually really good and arrived in good shape, which I appreciate. For what it costs, though, I kind of expected the sourcing details to be easier to find instead of having to poke around for them. The info is there, so points for that, but it’s not exactly doing them any favors...

"Packed well, but delivery was a bit inconsistent"
I’ve ordered twice, and both times everything showed up packed really well, so no complaints there. One of the orders did arrive late, though, which was a little frustrating. From the tone of the updates, I kind of assumed they were busy or running behind, so I wasn’t too surprised. Overall, the items were fine once they got here.

"Food was okay, service felt like pulling teeth"
The food itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But trying to get help from customer service was annoying. I emailed them and then waited days for an actual response, and I ended up having to follow up myself like I was begging them to care. For the price, that left a bad taste. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

"Discount code didn’t really help"
I tried using the discount code they emailed me, but it wouldn’t work on anything I added to my cart. Since every item seemed to be excluded, the code was basically pointless. I reached out to support, and they just told me to check the fine print, so I ended up wasting time and gave up.

"Mostly Worth It"
I’d say it’s mostly worth it. My gut feeling after using it is that it delivers enough to make the purchase feel justified, even if it’s not absolutely perfect. There were a couple of small things I wasn’t totally sold on, but overall I’m happy with it and don’t regret buying it.

"I got charged quickly, but…"
I got charged quickly, but there wasn’t much of an update while I was waiting, which made the late delivery even more frustrating. When the order finally showed up, one of the items wasn’t even what I picked. I had to email them to get it sorted out, that was kind of annoying. The meat itself was fine, but the fulfillment side felt messy. Not sure I’d order again unless they get that part together.
